Rosemary Blundo has been an Ageless Grace Educator since 2015. She has been working as a Creative Arts Therapist with Central Coast Local Health District in the field of Eating Disorders for the last 8 years and since 2015 has shared the joy and stimulation of Ageless Grace with the clients in her program as well as with the medical community of Invitation to Health Integrative Health Center in Wyoming at their yearly retreats.
Since December 2016, Rosemary has been holding a regular weekly class at Wamberal Gardens Retirement Village, where an enthusiastic group of senior women and a few men have enjoyed the fun and fitness of Ageless Grace every thursday morning. This is a very popular class for residents which has also been offered to interested members of the senior community outside the village. As it is rapidly expanding, space will soon be limited so there is now a pressing need to open Ageless Grace classes to the general community for the over 50 on the Central Coast. By special agreement with the village management this class has been offered at $5 per session. 1 Spencer st, Wamberal, Thursday 10.30/11.30am. (For security reasons the village management has to be informed of every newcomer so please contact Rosemary as per below if you would like to join this class).
If you are interested in trying out a class, Rosemary will be one of the presenters at the next Open Day staged by the Central Coast Council on TUESDAY 24TH OCTOBER, the theme of which is “Creative Remedies to Anxiety”. She will offer an Ageless Grace session from 12.30 to 1.30pm at Erina Fair meeting room 2 (opposite Library), Erina. This session is open to men and women over 50 and is free to the public on the Open Day only. Please contact Rosemary on 0425 316 848 or by email firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to book a place to try out your free Ageless Grace session on that day.
A regular weekly class at Erina Fair might follow if there are enough people interested and the cost per class will be $10
