Cardio Conditioning

Cardio conditioning is exercise designed to raise the heart rate and thus make the heart stronger. This can help reduce blood pressure, but as well as strengthening the heart, it can improve lung function also. Cardio exercise can help reduce stress levels and can help improve your mood, lifting depression.

Staying active every day is very important. Studies show that regular cardio exercises can keep you active for the length of an entire day. It is why early morning walks are so good for your body, your brain and your emotions. It is  recommended for older people so that they can try to stay as active as possible and battle old age with ease.
