Anita Pulie and Jane Taylor work together as Ageless Grace Educators at Love To Move.
Love To Move was founded in 2015 when Jane and Anita decided to combine their skills and years of experience in the health, fitness and education fields along with their training in Ageless Grace.
Jane is a registered nurse with over 20 years experience working in hospitals and in the community throughout Sydney. Jane is also a guitar teacher, has played in many different bands and loves all music.
Anita is a trained early childhood teacher, working in preschool and child care for around 20 years. Also a Nia Movement Instructor, Anita has been teaching the Nia Technique since 2008 to both adults and children, and has taught music to young children at Macquarie University Early Childhood Music Program.
Love To Move’s desire is to bring movement, music, fun, creativity, brain and body health and wellbeing to all people, no matter what their age or mobility level, through Ageless Grace.
The benefits of Ageless Grace are so wide reaching. The three proven factors: social activity, learning something new, and moving the body in order to maintain body and brain health as we age, are all supported in Ageless Grace.
Participants in Love To Move’s Ageless Grace classes often remark how fun the classes are, how they love the variety of music, and how great they feel after class …
“ Before class I felt stiff like the tin man, and then afterwards I feel like someone has oiled me up!” -Faye 85 years
“Ageless Grace is the best fun with exercise that I’ve ever had!” –Patricia 69 years
“Before, I felt all crumpled and now I feel loose all over, like I’ve been all ironed out” -Kay 72 yrs
Anita and Jane currently hold Ageless Grace classes in aged care facilities, retirement villages, private homes and open classes in the community throughout Sydney, and are always looking for more opportunities to share Ageless Grace with everybody!
