Hi I’m Helen,
I heard of Ageless Grace a couple of months ago, from a friend who was visiting form Sydney, liked the sound of it and did the training with Vicki. From that time, I have been busy with a house move and am now ready and keen to start classes around Caloundra.
I have been teaching yoga classes for over 10 years and have a background in the area of natural health and bodywork. I also have a Certificate 3 in Individual Support and have worked within the aged care sector.
I can see the benefit of the Ageless Grace programme and am excited and honoured to be involved in this process.

First class is free then:
Casual class – $15 or
5 classes for $60.
