"You don't stop playing because you grow old - you grow old because you stop playing"
-George Bernard Shaw
A fitness program for all ages and abilities
They say laughter is good medicine and you will get a great big dose of that in an Ageless Grace® class.
Ageless Grace® has hundreds of educators Worldwide and is facilitated in private classes, aged care facilities, with Parkinson's group, with people living with dementia from early to late stage, in retirement villages and incorporated into home care packages to work with clients one on one. It is even run in pre-schools and kindergartens as the 4EverFit4Kidz program. Or why not combine the two. Children have an amazing ability to get seniors moving, engaged and having fun.
Combining physical exercise with music you love, while working the five primary functions of the brain helps to slow cognitive decline, improve balance, release 'happy hormones' and make you feel great. This health and fitness program is for anyone from 4 to 104 years of age and any ability. Based on the science of neuroplasticity using imagination, creativity, analytical thinking and more, this program is fun, playful and easy.
